To initiate a return or exchange, reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you receive an incorrect product, notify us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or return. All items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging, complete with tags, labels, and invoices, to qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items   
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization restrictions.  

  • Intimate wear, including underwear, socks, and swimwear, is non-returnable for health and safety reasons.  
  • Products marked as “final sale” or those purchased at discounted rates are not eligible for returns.  
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.  
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered do not qualify for returns.  
  • Product descriptions will clearly indicate if an item is non-returnable, so please review them carefully before purchasing.  

Return Shipping: Essential Details   
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is initiated due to a change of preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
